People of all ages love polar bears all over the globe. These majestic, powerful animals can only be found in the Arctic and they need our support.
Coca-Cola is joining hands with World Wildlife Fund (WWF), to help protect the polar bear’sArctic habitat. They are working together to raise awareness and funds to support conservation efforts in order create a safe haven of the polar bear. The program is called “Arctic Home.”
Coca-Cola has made its famous red Coca-Cola cans white to draw attention to this cause. These limited-edition cans are available at retail stores starting this holiday season. Many other Coke products’ bottle caps will also be available in white.
Coca-Cola will make a $2 million donation to WWF. But, everyone needs to help protect the bears’ habitat. To get involved:
* Text the package code to 357357 to make an individual $1 donation to WWF. Coca-Cola will match up to $1 million in donations made by those who have a package code before March 15, 2012.
