()Although the baseball season is not yet back to normal, it is moving closer and fans are optimistic.

Opening Day, complete with fans, finally came after a year. Now, a beautiful desktop replica of your favorite stadium brings team spirit to your home, no matter if you are there in person.

Many of the old and new sports stadiums are masterpieces of architecture. Westbrook Sports Classics’ exquisite replicas of these iconic structures offer a unique perspective that allows fans to experience the beauty of their favorite baseball parks at home. These stadium replicas are approximately 7×7 inches in size and weigh about 10- 12 pounds. They can be used as a desk, bookcase, or table.

John Kimball Westbrook (awarded-winning artist whose experience includes architecture and commercial art) designed and created the models.

Westbrook was also able to spend time in Washington, DC, as a scholar, studying with Italian stone carvers. It was during this time that he discovered his passion and talent for sculpture. “Over the past 30 years, I have worked with different fine art mediums, including carving marble, granite, various semi-precious stones, bronze, wood, ivory, silversmithing, drawing and painting,”Westbrook offers more details on his website.

The limited-edition ballparks have been cast in bronze composite and mounted on natural black marble bases.

Each mold is made by Westbrook in approximately two months. Fans will love the attention to detail. For example, Westbrook hand-paints the seats. He also inserts tiny crystals into light poles that reflect light to create the stadium’s appearance at night.

To date, 17 Major League Baseball stadiums have been included in the Westbrook Sports collection. These include Fenway Park, which is home to the Boston Red Sox, Candlestick Park, former home to the San Francisco Giants, and Wrigley Field for the Chicago Cubs.

Major League Baseball grants permission for the use of all Major League Baseball trademarks. Westbrook intends to expand the collection to include stadiums of the National Football League, NCAA college stadiums and British football (soccer), stadiums.
