Crunchy Fish Tacos

Yield: 4-6 portions (8-12 tacos).

Cooking and preparation:

20 minutes

1 package Gorton’s fish sticks (11.4oz), popcorn Shrimp (14oz), or tenders (100.6oz).

1 package yellow corn tacoshells (12 ct), warmed

Garnish Suggestions

1 cup chopped lettuce

2 chopped tomatoes

1 cup Mexican mix shredded cheese

1 package taco sauce

Optional Sour Cream Mix

1 1/4-oz Taco Seasoning Mix Package

1/2 cup low-fat sour cream

1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

Make sure to follow the instructions on the packaging. As the seafood cooks, prepare toppings for each bowl. Mix together sour cream and mayonnaise with cilantro in a small bowl. Combine well and place in a bowl. Make taco shells and tortillas according the manufacturer’s instructions. To make taco shells and tortillas, add fish sticks, tenders or popcorn shrimp.
