4 veggie burger patties. Thaw if frozen

2 cups Egg Beaters.

1 cup chopped tomatoes

1 cup chopped mushrooms

4 tablespoons chopped onion


1. Slice the vegetable patty into small pieces. Put the pieces of veggie patty, mushrooms, onions, and other ingredients in a saucepan. Heat on medium heat for about 2 minutes.
