Seamus Mullen is a New York chef and restaurateur who has been awarded numerous cookbooks. He was diagnosed with rheumatoidarthritis (RA) in 2007. This debilitating autoimmune condition forced him to rethink how he viewed food.

Coconut, Almond, Cheribundi Smoothie


8 oz Cheribundi 100% Tart Cherry juice

6 oz Coconut water

? an avocado

1 cup frozen wild blueberries

1 TBSP unsweetened almond milk


Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately, or keep in a glass container in the refrigerator for later.
