A new survey shows that granite countertops are preferred by Americans over any other countertop surface. According to the findings of a national survey, granite countertops can increase home resale value.
Harris Interactive, on behalf of Marble Institute of America, conducted a survey of 2,021 U.S. citizens aged 18-plus in October. The survey asked respondents what countertop they would like to see in their dream kitchen. “The survey results show consumers’ preferences for granite countertops are virtually the same across all regions, genders and age groups,” Gliori said.
