Makes 4 servings
2 medium Rio Star Grapefruit, sectioned
2 medium Texas Oranges, sectioned
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1. Combine grapefruit, oranges, and pineapple in a large bowl. Transfer to a 1-quart broiler-safe casserole dish.
2. Mix brown sugar and butter in a small bowl until well combined. Sprinkle over fruits.
3. Broil for about 5 to 6 minutes on medium heat until sugar bubbles and fruit is warm.
