1. Your Welcome Home. You can make your home a welcoming place by making your foyer stand out from the rest of your house with some color. You can use a pattern, texture, or fabric as an inspiration and then recreate it on the wall using low-VOC paints, painter’s tape, and low-VOC paints. It’s possible to get a lot for very little.
2. Reduce, reuse, recycle. Unique pieces add depth and interest to a room. Green decorating is all about antiques, repurposed objects and salvage materials. For inspiration, take a look at the 2009 HGTV Green Home.
3. Your master bedroom should reflect your mood. Capture all that’s good about a place or location through your choice of color and décor, but keep it clean and natural with organic and recycled materials.
