The Weather Channel, which has been broadcasting the most recent weather information to the modern age for more than 30 years, has inspired viewers to look, investigate, and enjoy the wonders of the world. With its new primetime original series “The Weather Channel,” the network continues to explore the connection.BrainStormers“Where weather is both the teacher, and the enemy”

The series follows Rob, Rob’s backyard inventor. “Poppy”Parker, Ryan Parker (a father-son duo) and Bill LeVasseur, Ryan Parker (Ryan’s best friend), channel their inner MacGyver to build and test inventions that fight inclement weather and harness its power for everyday uses — all while staying within a tight budget.

The three Colorado-based men use their Colorado-based workshop to test their creativity and solve weather problems by repurposing things that others may consider trash. Sometimes they had to create the build from scratch. Other times they were required to assist other backyard inventors. Each build is different, and each one presents its own set of challenges. These could include creating a mosquito trap or solar water heater from scratch to fixing the wind generator in a nearby community.

These are some of these creative inventions that you can expect. “BrainStormers”This is:

* A beer can heater. Denver friend wants a cheap solution to warm her cold bedroom. A solar heater is suggested by the team, although it would require aluminum tubes to transmit the sun’s radiation into heat. What can we do? You can use beer cans. A team of researchers discovered that it is possible to make a solar heater for as little as $1 by using rows and rows of black-painted cans.

* A snow maker. Denver is home to enough snow for snowboarders of all levels. Seth Hill is a pro-snowboarder and wanted to do practice runs at his home when he wasn’t on tour. Seth Hill enlisted the BrainStormers team in order to make a snowmaking machine using a used power washer from a junkyard.

* A “swamp bucket cooler.”A housewife in Arizona can’t withstand the heat in her kitchen and is sick of eating takeout. BrainStormers is a portable, low-cost solution to cooling the kitchen. The BrainStormers find that an efficient evaporative cooling system is the best solution for Arizona’s high heat, low humidity, and other extreme conditions. But how do you make it affordable and small? You’ll have to keep watching to see the results.
