WHITE TEE SMOOTHIE (Makes 21/2 cups)

1 1/2 cups frozen fruit (berry medley: includes strawberries, blueberries and blackberries)

3/4 cup soy milk

1/4 to 1/2 cup of Salada 100% Pure White tea, depending on the desired strength

1/2 cup of natural pomegranate or pomegranate/blueberry juice

1 banana

Blend the frozen fruit, juice, tea, white chocolate, soymilk, white tea and banana together in a blender. Blend until smooth.

WHITE ICEDTEA

(Makes 4-6 glasses).

One quart boiling water

4 Bags of 100% White Tea Salada or White Tea Asian Plum White Tea

Fresh raspberries and orange slices, as well as lemons

Tea bags should be placed in a glass pitcher. Heat water to boil. Let stand for 5 minutes. Place in ice-filled glasses. For natural sweetness and flavor, add fresh raspberries, orange slices, or lemons.
