Greek Tzatziki Sauce

1 cup Plain Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt

2 cucumbers

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oils

Salt and pepper to taste

Peel, seed, and coarsely grate cucumbers. Drain the cucumbers and mix with vinegar, olive oil and salt. Blend in yogurt. Allow to cool for at least an hour before serving.
