Watermelon Waldorf Salad
2 cups cubed watermelon (1 1/2-inch cubes).
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup red grape halves without seeds
Salty salty
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Toast 2 tablespoons of sliced almonds
In a bowl, combine watermelon and celery with grapes. For dressing, add salt to yogurt right before serving. To lighten the consistency, you may need to add some water. Mix the mixture with the fruit and stir to coat. Sprinkle with almonds.
